- Must be a first responder, nurse, doctor, teacher, social worker, or active military to apply.
- Live in Central California and be a homeowner that resides in King County or Tulare County.
- Be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Have a current heating/cooling system in the home.
- Must consent to have their picture taken and used on social media.

How Winner Will Be Selected:

Prize Distribution:
